Non-Cash Ways to Help Zambians
Donating Stock Is an Excellent Way to Make a Difference
When you donate stock to Zambia Mission Fund, you give an amazing gift to support Zambians—and you may receive tax benefits as well.
For example, giving stock may eliminate capital gains tax and may also give you a tax deduction that would benefit you financially and be a tremendous gift to Zambia Mission Fund.
Your IRA Withdrawals Can Bless Zambians
Donating through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) could save you money –while helping support Zambia Mission Fund.
A QCD is a tax-free withdrawal from an individual retirement account (IRA) that is sent directly to a charity. [401(k) accounts are not eligible.]
By donating to Zambia Mission Fund directly in this way, you can exclude the amount of the gift from your taxable income—even if you’re taking the standard deduction. And you’ll be helping Zambians in the name of Jesus.
You must be at least 70 ½ years old to qualify for tax benefits, but all IRA distributions are welcome and will help Zambians.
Help Zambians with a Gift from Your Donor-Advised Fund (DAF)
You can request a one-time or monthly gift to Zambia Mission Fund through your Donor Advised Fund (DAF) and make a difference for ministries in Zambia.
